Is it possible to put forward a request for technical service by your staff at our location to evaluate an ongoing problem?
You can reach out to us for any issue regarding hydraulic, pneumatic or lubrication systems. Our experts will confirm with you the issue and the system’s characteristics via phone prior to determining if our service is suitable.
Is it possible to put forward a request for technical service to a foreign country?
We provide servicing for our clients all around the world. If agreed upon in the initial provision phase, our personnel can manage installations and start-ups wherever required. If it is a foreign service request from an unfamiliar client it will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If I’ve never purchased anything from you before, can I still place an order for delivery?
Of course! You can also find us on Amazon with a selection of our products and for any component that might not be there you can always reach out to our email info@tosoni.it or to the phone number of any of our offices. If you know the full code of the spare part you need we will provide it ASAP, in case the component turns out to be discontinued we will help you find a suitable alternative.
Do you provide warranty services?
Our company provides warranty replacements ex work as of category’s conditions (ASSOFLUID – FEDERTEC); in case of on location direct replacement requests, excluding previous agreements, the cost of this service except for the component itself remains chargeable to whoever placed the request.
In case of systems or components failure do you offer repair services?
In case of a problem to a single component it depends on what kind of component it is. We regularly do cylinders revisions and/or gasket replacements. For every component we will offer an estimate for the service that need to be agreed upon, in case of the repair itself is not possible or its estimate is not accepted we will charge an appropriate commission to the time invested in the evaluation. Any component submitted to us for an evaluation will be picked up by the customer as it is their property. We have no issue providing revision, renovation or safety service to dated systems.
